Arm Strength and Velocity at Game On 13 is New York's best arm care and development program. Over the years, injuries to arms have been on the rise, despite good intentions with concepts like stretching, warm-ups, long toss, pitch counts, inning limits, and positions. 

The GO-13 strength program is an arm development program that was created by combining research, development, testing, and results. In this program, GO-13 staff will aid in the development and inform athletes in the proper technique to take care of one's arm in order to help gain results and maintain arm health for the future. This program aids in the development of arms at every position.
