Personal Training

If you are someone who does not feel comfortable training in a small group setting, or someone who is just starting out and wants to get in the flow of things, or even someone who just wants the attention of a 1 on 1 coach to client relationship, this is the option for you.  This session is a lot more hands on and the tempo is based around your comfort.

Our first session will consist of a goal setting consultation and an evaluation complimenting the dialogue.  We will help you create smart goals that will bring you success on your journey to becoming a better you.

Everything will be structured around your consultation.  We have a lot more opportunity to be more hands on.  This allows for manual stretching, release and more effective approaches to help with correcting faulty movement patterns.
